The Second North American War

I decided out of boredom to make a sequel to this:[link] This takes place 20 years after NAWI(North American War 1) in which the countries have formed a good standing peace. The only change on the map until 2040 was that Quebec gave Labrador and Newfoundland independence to appease the English speaking minority, the two former counties now call themselves The Dominion of the Maritimes. Another change was a brief border dispute between California and Deserat which was resolved in 2038.
Meanwhile in Texas, The state government is having problems with the CSA government over its "New Apartheid" policy of 2035 which destroyed the remaining rights of the black population. Finally on May 17, 2040, Texas succeeded from the Confederacy and war was declared. The Republic of New England, Deserat, California, U.N.A.T., and the North Star Republic came to Texas's aid and The Confederate Civil War turned hot.

In the People's Republic of Alaska, the former Imperial family ruled the country with an iron fist, but do to overpopulation, the aging Chancellor Todd Palin decided to increase the borders and knock out their enemies at the same time. So on September 1, 2040, Alaska and its ally Alberta launched a surprise attack on Pacifica, Hawaii was at that moment ready to aid Pacifica, but in both wars, it looked bleak. Until...

Mexico and Canada were one of the countries that suffered the hardest after NAWI. Although Canada up to this point had stabilized itself, Mexico suffered a brief civil war in the Yucatan penisula had gained independence. None of them were in shape to fight another war. Then in 2043, Pacifica managed to convinced Canada it was not living with two conservative superpowers right next door. So on July 4, Canada declared war on Alaska and Alberta. Pacifica and he rallies achieved victory after an attack on the Palin Palace in Anchorage that Todd Palin and his cohorts were killed and Alaska and Alberta surrendered in 2045.

Mexico joined Texas after a Mexican cruise ship was destroyed in a Confederate nuclear test. After six years of fighting the CSA also surrendered and NAWII was over. The map of North America was once again redrawn, Texas wanted a Pacific port and it was granted with compromise with Mexico. Pacifica got Alaska and Canada got back Yukon. Alberta, West Virginia, New Mexico, and Arizona are currently under occupation by coalition forces and you guys get to vote on who gets them.
